You know when you don’t have much food to work with? This is my poor woman’s stir fry with substitute ingredients. I mean, you can really stir fry anything.
First, start cooking your rice, usually the measurements are 2 cups of water for every one cup of rice, refer to cooking instructions on the package. Once your rice is cooking start to chop up your veggies such as carrots, brussels sprouts, garlic and radishes.
Once all the veggies are chopped, start to saute oil and garlic onto a medium heat skillet. Then add the rest of the spices and ingredients with a little bit of chopped radishes and saute for 5 minutes. Then start to add the rest of the veggies.
By now the rice will be done. Then enjoy.
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp of Rice Vinegar (Any Vinegar will do)
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Fish Oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
5 Brussels Sprouts
1 cup of rice
1 Cup of Vegetable Broth
