Veggie Gyro with Tzatziki Sauce



2 Tbsp Lemon

1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

2 Cucumber

1 Garlic Clove

Salt and Pepper

2 Tbsp Dill Weed

Pita Bread

1 Onion

1 Tomato

Once you mixed everything for the sauce, slice up the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions to go in the pita bread. I would also recommend spreading hummus down first on the bread then adding the veggies if desired, adds good flavor. The tzakziki sauce can also be good as a dip either with the pits bread or just plain cucumbers, additive.
