2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
1 cup Ricotta

Start to mix the ricotta, mozzarella, basil and a small handful of spinach. As you do that, begin to boil the pasta until al dente.
Once everything is mixed and the pasta is done, lay out the pasta noodle individually and fill it with the mix and roll it up.
In a separate baking dish cover the bottom in marinara sauce.
Once all the rolls are in the pan add more marinara sauce over the top along with mozzarella, cover it with foil and cook for 40 min at 360 degrees.
Once its finished cooking, remove the foil add more mozzarella and melt the cheese for another 5 minutes.
Let sit for 10 minutes or as long as you can stand then dish up and enjoy. Only thing I would do differently next time, add more marinara in with the rolls. They were a little dry but you can always add more sauce on top, depending on how saucy you like it.
