Who doesn’t like gooey, creamy Mac and Cheese?
3 Tbsp of Butter
2 Tbsp of Flour
3/4 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Heavy Cream
1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar
1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella
1 Cup of Parmesan
2/4 Cup of Cream Cheese
1 box of Macaroni Elbow Pasta
Salt and Pepper
While the butter is melting, bring a pot of water to a boil for the macaroni elbow pasta then cook until al dente, not fully cooked.
Once the flour is added, turn the heat to medium and stir until the flour is a light brown and mixed well.
Then add the milk to the mixture and bring the sauce to a low boil.
Once all the liquids are added, turn the heat back down to medium and add the cheese and the cream cheese.
Stir until sauce is mixed well, it will be a little stingy because of the cheese but that is what we want. Once that is done add the al dente pasta into the pan, stir then turn off heat.
