Tabbouleh is a Eastern Mediterranean dish which is basically a salad.  Bulgur is the main ingredient which is a wheat grain. If you don’t want to use bulgur you can use quinoa or couscous as a substitute. The other ingredients include tomatoes, green onion, lemon juice, cucumber, parsley, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper.

4 tomatoes

3 cups of bulgur

1/4 cup of chopped green onion

1 cup of parsley

1/ cup of mint

1/2 cup of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 cucumber chopped

Garlic 1 teaspoon (optional)

Once you have added all of your ingredients feel free to add in a little water because the grains might soak up the juice and make it dry.

Add the rest
