Here are the only ingredients I used:
Silk Almond (Vanilla)
2 – 3 cups of Frozen assorted berries
Silk Almond is a great alternative from using diary products and is high in calcium and contains no cholesterol. The disadvantage is high amounts of sugar and “natural flavors” which are add flavorings to make products taste better and are created in a lab where the ingredients are not made public. The flavorings can compensate for flavor loss during processing and increase shelf life.
Other than that, a pretty good snack.
