Desert, sand and ocean. The scenery changes dramatically from Arizona to the California Coast.

Arriving Near the Ocean

Birds the Word!

Stopping at “The Taco Stand” was the greatest experience I’ve had with a taco. The two top right tacos were The Nopal which was flamed grilled cactus, melted cheese, cilantro sauce, tomato & avocado. The other one was The Camaron (Spicy Shrimp) with grilled shrimp, cheese, avocado, cabbage, tomato & chipotle sauce.

The other taco that gentleman is holding is an Al Pastor which was rotisserie marinated pork, cilantro, onions, cilantro sauce + pineapple.
